COVID-19 tally crosses 400 in Nepal

Twenty four men and three women from 13 districts tested positive.

With 27 new COVID-19 positive cases, the total number of people infected with this deadly spreading coronavirus reaches to 402. And till date, 2 people have faced death due to this coronavirus alongside 37 people have recovered. The latest confirmation about new positive COVID-19 cases is from 13 different districts, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

This takes the infection of Coronavirus to 36 of the 77 districts, covering all the States in the country. Whereas new COVID-19 positive cases include 9 from Jhapa, 4 from Kaplivastu, 3 from Kathmandu and 2 from Sarlahi, and 1 each from Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Morang, Sunsari, Makwanpur, Ramechhap, Sindhuli, Lamjung, and Nawalparasi.

And contact tracing of infected ones is underway.
