COVID-19 stands for Coronavirus disease which was identified in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. Coronavirus is spreading all across the nation, and the lockdown has been implemented as per emergency. Actually, this is not the exact solution or the way to eradicate the deadly virus. As far as I have learned and understand about the virus is that it is not going to end any sooner. So, we have to learn our way to go simultaneously with the situation and tackle this pandemic.
Mainly we need to understand, The virus that causes COVID-19 is mainly transmitted through droplets generated when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or exhales. And you can be infected by breathing in the virus if you are within close proximity of someone who has COVID-19, or by touching a contaminated surface and then your eyes, nose, or mouth. So foremost, COVID-19 infected person needs to understand the situation and isolate themselves or under the supervision of any medical practitioner.
The lockdown has given us time to prepare for the worst and work with best efforts by uniting together. No blame game and excuses, just help each other and serve humanity as per the situation. There are things we should keep in mind and actually implement it.
- Social distancing is most needed in this situation.
- Often wash your hands properly and use sanitizer.
- You need to cover your face and avoid touching your frontal face parts.
- Change your food habit and consume a healthy diet that will enhance your immunity.
- If you have a fever, cough, and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention. Call in advance.
